Finally! A pool company with great service. Super efficient and responsive, with excellent technicians and service as well as wonderful communication. After trying numerous companies, I have finally found a great fit. Highly recommended.

The video shows what my pool yard looked like after they cleaned my filter. DE was splattered all around a 10x20 ft. area on the heater, filter, a storage shed, the grass, stepping stones, bricks, the hose, cement pad. And even inside the controller box. It was up to an inch deep in some places. The tech that made the mess returned, but did nothing noticeable to clean up the mess. A second tech came the next day, but still failed to return my equipment area to its normal condition. The pool tech said there was 40 lbs if DE in the filter. I don't know why they did not backwash it down the drain? I have cleaned my filter even when it was heavily soiled without making this kind of unsightly mess. I hired them to save time, but had to spend over 1.5 hours wiping and shoveling DE off stuff. Don't use them they will trash your yard They also left the pool controller in service mode not auto which i didn't discover for 50 hours. They turned the pool features on and left them on. They left a gate open and did not bother putting the hose away. Once I called to ask for help with the mess, the communication was bad. No one called me over a five hour period. No one told me a second tech was coming the next day. This interfered with scheduled maintenance. Such poor service. If I could bill them I would. I discovered a couple weeks later that they also left the pump controller box open when they cleaned it and they had DE caked in the inside.

We have been a customer with Southern Pool and Outdoors for a little over a year. David handles our weekly pool cleaning service and does a great job. He is dependable, attentive, and responsive. We look forward to continuing our service and to having a beautiful pool all year round.

I highly recommend Southern Pools! We are so blessed to have a wonderful Pool Technician named Alex who does an amazing job maintaining our pool. I really appreciate him always communicating with me on tips and information about my pool. Alex "Thank You" for all you do so our family can always enjoy our pool and jacuzzi.

Alex is awesome! He’s very fast and efficient. He comes by early in the am to service our pool and we hardly ever hear him. I usually get a notification that the pool has been serviced and I didn’t even know he was here. When I go out to inspect his work I’m always met with a perfectly cleaned pool with glistening water! Great job Alex!

Southern Pool has been really great for us. Very good service and help whenever something breaks. They are quick to repair and are very knowledgeable. David does our service and he is a great communicator and very good at his job. He even got to know our dogs and now they are used to him and bring him their ball to play.

Finding a service provider to show up consistently and do a good job is not as easy as it should be. We are very happy with the team at Southern Pool and outdoors, David lets us know in advance when he's arriving, every week. Does a great job, we can certainly count on him.

Consistent to show up on time and clean our pool. Repairs, no worries. Their techs are experienced and price appropriate. Great to have SPO taking care of my pool.

Brett and his team did an amazing job on resurfacing our pool! We also asked them to change our attached spa to a shallow splash pad and it turned out great! Southern Pool + Outdoors does spectacular work!

Today Douglas Lovell serviced my pool and did a fantastic job!! He spent a lot of time cleaning and balancing all the chemicals from all the rain. Most were low and had allowed algae to grow in the spa and bottom of main pool, he thoroughly cleaned it, shocked it and took the time to update me on what he had done. Really appreciate the customer service he provided

David is a great person. He is always on time and leaves our pool sparkling and clean. He also keep me informed on any repairs that may need to be fixed.

David is awesome! He does a great job on our pool and always sends texts when he is on his way so we can put our dogs inside and they don’t get out.

Souther Pool and Outdoors was recommended to me from a friend. Brett was able to come out same day. Fixed my leak. He was super nice and easy to work with. I’ll definitely use them again if another issue arises.
